HR Anchor is led by a team of solicitors with combined expertise in employment and commercial law, all with a background of having built and developed businesses through their careers.
Our solicitors and consultants can provide you with a global offering to support your business.
Whether your needs are based in HR, Employment Law, Health and Safety or Occupational Health we are here to help you.
The modern workforce has changed significantly over the last 10 years. Many HR businesses are still operating on outdated business models, encouraging businesses to either settle matters or avoid dismissals to avoid claiming on insurance backed services.
Employees are savvy. With the explosion of information on the internet, abolition of tribunal fees and easy access to ‘no win no fee’ solicitors, employees will take advantage of a ‘settlement’ culture in a business to achieve a pay out, or cause significant problems in a business where there is a fear of dismissing staff.
Our services are designed to assist you in any employee matters, from drug testing, employee monitoring to internal procedures, tribunals and health and safety.
