Redundancy process (20+ employees)

We will deal with the redundancy process for you from start to finish.

Employment tribunal (up to 5 days)*

  • We will assist with tribunal proceedings, including drafting your response to a claim potentially made by an employee, assisting you throughout the process with the disclosure of relevant documentation, preparing witness statements, and liaising with both the Tribunal and the other side on your behalf.
  • We will represent you at a hearing for up to 3 days. Additional days can be added at an additional cost.

Conducting TUPE process

  • We will conduct the TUPE process for you from start to finish.

Health & safety advice & training

  • We will provide advice regarding health and safety within the workplace and provide training for staff members & management.

Occupational health referral and assistance through the process

  • We will make occupational health referrals, when necessary, on behalf of you as an employer and guide you throughout the process of having an occupational health report completed.

Referral for international advice & assistance

  • We will refer you to an appropriate solicitor who can advise you on a specific query.

Advice on restrictive covenants in employment contracts

  • We will provide you with written advice on enforceability and the scope of any restrictive covenants which you may want to include within your employees’ contracts. Where required we will also provide advice in relation to any letters that you may receive in relation to a new employee’s breach of their ex-employers restrictive covenants.
